Previous Match Reviews:
Shikhar Dhawan has displayed fine form and has been one of the lone saving grace in what has been a tournament to forget for the team from Hyderabad.
The strong start was brought to a halt though when Sangakkara gave a reckless charge to Lakshmipathi Balaji and had his middle pole knocked back. The exit of Sangakkara did not have any effect on Dhawan as the south paw continued in his merry ways.
Deccan has been very ordinary in the field throughout the season and it was no surprise. Well they have to work lot on field.

Sachin Tendulkar: The more you wish, the more older I feel. I’ve been wished many times but it’s wonderful that so many people are wishing me, it feels great. Fabulous win today, we laid the foundation but we would have liked a little more runs in the first 6 overs. But the important factor was that we didn’t lose wickets. Rohit, Rayudu and Peterson were brilliant

Harbhajan: There were too many runs on the board, when I went in, I had to strike from the first ball but it didn’t happen. Rayudu was brilliant, he has been an exceptional player for Mumbai Indians and I have no doubts that he can play for India. It was great batting by Rayudu and Peterson was terrific. It was a great win for us, we have a team song which we sing when we win games like this.

Rayudu:When I went in, there were 6 overs. I was planning that even if I play 8-9 balls I could take them on in the next 8-9 balls. Rohit was brilliant, everyone knows that. I’m getting used to batting at every number, which is helping us. I’m happy to be fielding, all credit to Sachin sir, he has been helping me out a lot in the last few days.
