VTU Online filling examination Application form and Hall ticket printout details for 3,4,5,6,7,8 sem
Bangalore, 1 November 2012: VTU Online filling examination forms will be enabled through web based application and the same is available on www.examform.vtu.ac.in from the dates as mentioned below. The college shallmake arrangements to submit the application forms of all the candidates.
The schedule is as detailed below: For all the UG and PG cources offered under VTU university (except the 1st sem UG and PG) the online application forms must be filled between 30th October 2012 to 8th November 2012. However students can pay the penalty of Rs.250 and extend the date to !0th November 2012.
Procedure for Filling the Online Applications:
-Applications submission has to be done through the EMX coordinator.
-The principals are requested to instruct all the heads of the departments to make arrangements for candidat wise online filling of application forms from the staff designated for this purpose from the Department.
Students need to approach designated staff of their department to apply for examinations
-On the request of the students and on Payment fee, online applications shall be submitted by the designated staff members.
-A printout of application thus submitted shall be taken to get the students signature, which shall be approved by the HOD and Principal’s representative.
-Prncipals of respective institution shall make the arrangements to submit the consolidated list of applications to the respective regional offices of the University along with a DD for the fee collected drawn in the favour of Finance Officer, VTU Belgaum within Seven days from the last date.
-List of students submitted shall be approved by the principlal.
-On aproval from the principal, Admission tickets of such candidates shall be generated and a printout in triplucate shall be taken. Photograph of the concerned students shall be pasted on all the three copies.
-The admission tickets with photo shall be attested by the Principal/HOD.
-One copy of the admission ticket to be provided to the student, which will be the valid document for the students to enter into the examination Hall.
-The college Shall retain one copy and the other copy shall be submitted to the respetive regional offices.
Apllication processing fee of Rs.10 per candidate may be collected, out of which colleges may deduct Rs.5 per candidate towards application processing and printing charges and remaining Rs.5 shall be submitted to the university along with the examination and marks card fee in a single DD as stated above.
